Sherlock Holmes is a detective on Earth who was brought to the 23rd century by a freak electrical accident that gave him the power to blast lightning bolts, much like Tex Hex. Holmes soon found a new partner to solves mysteries with: the Rigellian Dr. Wt'sn. BraveStarr came to Earth in order to enlist his help in tracking an alien child named Fleeder.
